September Mourn

Tomorrow will mark the 5th anniversary of the World Trade Center tragedy, the "9/11".

Do you still remember where you were when the first plane struck that building?

I remember vividly where I was at that very moment...in the office minding my own business and actually tried to ignore my boss telling me something about the sad news because I cared more about the project deadlines I had to meet that day.

That time I didn't know the magnitude of it all. Didn't fathom it's terribly that worst.Didn't think it will happen to a country as powerful as the US...

...the land of the free and the home of the brave?

Oh well, pardon my ignorance...and my naivete!

I can't believe it's been that long since that tragic day. It just feels like yesterday. Obviously, some are still in that healing process...but that's alright! We all deserve to heal & mourn in our own way, no matter how long it takes!

...but for some, it may never heal at all.

A moment of silence & prayer for everyone....

....one way or another, we are all victims!

i was in my house when that sep 11 attack happened. My wife is preparing our breakfast when the news broke out. At that time, a question lingers. Albeit of all the security and might the US have, still, it proves to be vulnerable. How much more with the very less prepared country like our beloved. In anyway, i think terrorist of that caliber won't even mind a second look at us. For one thing, what benefit would they get.
