Grand Reunion

March Madness

It's always exciting to watch collegiate basketball here in the US. College hoops are heating up so it must be "March Madness" time!

But this time of the year reminds me of a different madness....

I'm talking about our own school day madness this time of the year when exams are just around the corner and the uncertainties of not making the passing marks for our final grades of the year scratches our brain.

Everyone is cramming to get thru all the books, notes, lectures, and what have you, just to make sure everything was covered. Ready or not we all have to take that dreaded final exam that will dictate our future...or maybe not!

Well, of all the subjects we had, History was the least of my favorite.

Damn I hated that subject!

No wonder I got "77" from my very own aunt, the legendary Ms. Aurora Cruz.

God bless her soul! :-)

But if there's one subject I excelled, it's Math.....ask another legend, Mrs. Espinosa. ;-)

I always love to play with numbers...Algebra, Trigonometry, even Calculus in college!...any number-crunching!

To illustrate how crazy it can be for kids like we used to be.....here are some solid answers from an actual test.But of course everything fades! Am not that sharp anymore but still good enough to remember how much cash we have right now for our reunion budget.

I'm counting my friends so it's time to get serious about the collections. We need them badly to help us in the preparation.

It's really maddening too for Eva and everyone involve in the preparation to think about it.

Please stop procrastinating. Stop the madness or I'll hang myself like this one.....
